    USACE Chief touts STEM outreach

    Commanding General and Chief of Engineers Lt. Gen. Thomas Bostick visited the Baltimore District Tuesday as part of the STEM Campaign Kickoff, and spoke to nearly 100 employees about how the Corps can encourage students to pursue STEM fields.

Bostick was in Korea July 16-17, 2012 meeting with U.S. and Korean military officials and touring the multi-billion dollar construction project at Humphreys. The Corps of Engineers has about 37,600 military and civilian personnel providing project management and construction support in more than 100 countries.
