Retirement – One of the most valuable benefits for our employees is their coverage under the Federal Employees’ Retirement System (FERS). Our employees accrue a retirement benefit of 1% of their annual salary for every year of service.  This is in addition to the employee’s Social Security Retirement and TSP savings!  (To learn more click here)

Thrift Savings Plan (TSP)
TSP offers Federal employees the same type of savings and tax benefits many private corporations offer their employees under "401(k)" plans.
