Army Corps of Engineers announces extended closure to Snyder’s Run Boat Launch

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, has announced that the construction project at the Snyder’s Run Boat Launch has extended the closure of the Snyder’s Run Boat Launch until Saturday, October 19th, 2024.

Repairs to the road and boat launch areas have been completed, this extension will allow the newly placed concrete pad in the approach area to Snyder’s Run boat ramp to fully cure prior to accepting traffic.The ramp will be open for use beginning Saturday morning, October 19. Boat launching ramps remain open at Seven Points and other water access public use areas around Raystown Lake.
