Lt. Col. Ryan A. Baum (center right) became the 63rd USACE Philadelphia District Commander during a ceremony at the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia on July 16, 2025. Baum assumed command from Lt. Col. Jeffrey M. Beeman (left). Brig. Gen. John P. Lloyd (center right) presided over the ceremony. Senior Civilian and Deputy for Program Manager Nathan Barcomb (right) served as a steward of the unit colors during the ceremony.
