The Dredge Fullerton, owned and operated by Barnegat Bay Dredging Company, conducts dredging in the New Jersey Intracoastal Waterway near Stone Harbor, N.J. The sediment was placed to create habitat on marshland owned by the New Jersey Division of Fish & Wildlife.
