Army Corps of Engineers and Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore work toward a cleaner Baltimore Harbor
The crew on board the Reynolds, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' steel debris vessel, approaches the Waterwheel Powered Trash Interceptor, also known as Mr. Trash Wheel, located in the Baltimore Inner Harbor on April 4, 2016. Col. Edward Chamberlayne, Commander, Baltimore District, visited with the team behind Mr. Trash Wheel to discuss similarities in their respective missions toward a cleaner Baltimore Harbor.
