The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, and the Concord Public School District in Concord, Mass., recently signed a formal “Partnership in Education” agreement to encourage and enhance the study of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines in the Concord Schools and provide a framework to pursue cooperative educational collaboration.
