    The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the city of Chesapeake are hosting a citizen's information meeting on Thursday, August 23 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Deep Creek Community Center, 2901 Margaret Book Drive.
