This exercise concluded a weeklong Regional Governance Meeting hosted by Baltimore District in which Dahle joined other leaders from North Atlantic Division (NAD) to include NAD Commander Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Milhorn, NAD Regional Business Director Reinhard Koenig, NAD Programs Director Karen Baker and the commanders from all six NAD districts.
